Well, after using my original private key (I have always used SSH for my server) and found the login was not being accepted I created a new pub/priv key pair just to make sure and got the same result. I have been in contact with your support team since the problem started just using this forum as another venue of support. Everything appears fine with the auth messages being shown on the pearl then as soon as I get to the passphrase it does nothing, but give me the incorrect passphrase error and prompts me immediately again to enter it (there is no pause at all or other messages shown which makes me think the passphrase is not even being sent).
Lastly, due to the security on my server, if there are is a certain number of incorrect login attempts within a given time frame my server will ban the ip and notify me via email of the ban. Even with the numerous attempts to login through mobile ssh and getting the wrong passphrase error I have yet to be banned or listed on my server as banned. This just supports the above where I think the passphrase is never sent at all.
