Default Viigo Software Help - 07-24-2007, 10:24 AM

Hello All,

I have a Blackberry 8830 and I have installed Viigo on it. The program seems to be pretty go. The ad said you could get local TV and Movie listings on it but I cannot figure out how to do that.

I have scanned through the channels and do not see anything that would support that. Their web-site lacks a forum or clear instructions on how to set up some of the basic features they use as a selling point.

Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

Thanks

I've scrolled throught that section and looked through some of the feeds. All I can find is general information about Movies and Television. I was under the impression that I could get local Movie Times and Local TV Station listings.

Am I wrong about that or am i just overlooking it?

Default Viigo Default Email - 08-01-2007, 08:15 AM

I have several email accounts set up on my Blackberry, but Viigo has chosen one to use on its own for sending articles via email. The one it is using is not the one I have set up as the device's default email account.

Is there any way to change the email account Viigo sends articles "from"?

Thanks.

Did you download the most recent version? I think they just came out with another one in the past week that fixed some of the emailing issues

Yes, I did download the latest version last week, but still cannot find a way to change the default email.

I just figured it out. Viigo seems to grab whatever your default email is at the time of installation, and then sticks with it, even if you change default emails on the unit. So I had my new default email chosen on the unit and did a quick reinstall and it grabbed the new email.

This works great for me, but it still would be nice to be able to choose different "from" accounts as you're sending the message. That would be ideal, but what we have now is fine for now.
