Default help with internet browser - 05-20-2005, 03:58 AM

i have the internet browser on my 7520 and everytime i click on a link for instance espn.com and try to click on a topic or story i get nothing. i hit get link and error message 406 comes up saying the page u are trying to load is not supported by the browser. please try loading a different page problem is it happens to all the links i try to go to. what am i doing wrong and are my settings right someone please help me!!!!!

im not sure u know im a newbie i dont even know how to check my settings so i may need some guidance and more help.

Operating system: from main screen hit "options", then "about"...it will say v4.0.0.204 (Platform 2.0.0.28) or something along that lines.
Browser settings: open your browser, hit track wheel, hit "options", then "Browser configuration"...then post what settings are there. Follow-up by hitting back, and hit "General properties" and post what is set there.
try and keep your posts to a minimal as opposed to repeating over and over...

sorry guys i didnt mean to i was learning how to post thats why it was the same thing over and over remember im a newbie still learing. dont be so hard on me. anyway i dot have 4.0.0.249 and im still having the same problem the message keeps saying your browser does not support the link or page. im still lost i even called nextel today and they didnt get it to work any suggestions?
