I am unable to login. It reads, "cannot retrieve jobs until they are finished"

I did put a request to their very responsive support team and will share their solution. Though, they may be checking this site for your answers.

I did NOT try an uninstall-reinstall which is probably the next step.

It's a great product and works 99.9% of the time. Occasionally they do have a server problem but it's rare. I just tried pinging the server and it returns success but something is definitely wrong there.

Yeah, I am getting the same error. I was logged on earlier today, but not now. It should resolve itself shortly.

Great support staff. I e-mailed them and got a customized response immediately. Not one of those generic automated postings.
