TWUIK does not sell their library to developers to use. They develop your application completely in-house for you.

This means carriers and other players with some cash to burn!

When I bought my Pearl, I was looking at the iPhone (they had 2 on display). From the time it took the guy to go into the back room, copy my SIM contents, come back into the front, replace the sim card, go back into the store room, and get the rest of the contents (GPS puck, box, etc)
The iPhone had successfully loaded about 2 minutes of this video

That theme was awesome

Very interesting and more likely very very expensive.
