I have WebMessenger Message Alerts, which I use for repeating SMS and email alerts on my 8700. It can also make the phone vibrate and ring at the same time if you use the regular BB profile to make the ring, and the WebMessenger to make the vibrate. You can set the vibrator to vibrate for between one and ten seconds per ring.
