Default .JAD Files?

How do I load one Im trying to use the AOL Instant Messenger file, but I don't know how to import that file?

You type the web address into BlackBerry Browser for wireless download.

It won't work if you click on a .jad file through a desktop computer or a laptop.... it won't work. (Unless you plan to use a conversion utility)
