Default Problems with PocketDay agenda (won't collapse) - 08-16-2007, 11:09 AM

I was fiddling around with the font sizes and colors, and now the agenda isn't collapsible and the "All Day" description for events runs off the screen. I've tried using both the space bar and the "collapse" option to close the agenda view, but it just doesn't do anything.

It was working without a hitch previously, so I tried just deleting PocketDay, rebooting, and re-installing. However, it looks like it saved my preferences from the previous installation, so I'm still having those 2 same bugs.

1) Is there any way to fix this without reinstalling? Is there some "reset all settings to default" option available?

2) If I do have to reinstall PocketDay, where is the preferences file I'd need to delete? I primarily use a mac, so it would be preferable to do this from the handset.

Thanks!

Wow... fastest support team response ever. I'm impressed and definitely going to shell out the $$ for the program when the trial is up.

1) PocketDay people sent me a link to a utility which resets all the settings. I'd post the link but I'm not sure if it's private, so contact them if you need it.

2) I moved Tasks to the first position, and doing so seems to have fixed the issue. All the sections can collapse.
