I had more than a few offline inquiriess asking about attachment handling within Mindit Assist - this seems to be a 'hot' issue so I thought I would do a post covering what's possible within Mindit:
1) The your Mindit Virtual Assistant (running on your server/ desktop) will search for and send attachments automatically based on your email requests to her - something like:

2) You don't need to know where the attachment is, she will go and find it for you.
3) Lite version is limited to one attachment per assistant reply, E1/ S1 versions can handle 9 at a time (no file size limitation)
4) Attachments can be linked to cover letters or other material (task). So, by calling a task the Assistant sends not only the attachment(s) but a customized cover letter, intro text, or even a quote. The intent is to limit the amount of typing required on your berry to get the job done, and send a professional business like reply to your customer - not just a blind attachment!
To call a task:
