Default Help with downloads

Please Login to Remove!

I recemtly got my first blackberry and was trying to download and install the trial version of pocket day. When I try, it says it can not open this type of file. I tried the microsoft extension wizard but was no help. Please help me with this.

What URL did you use? The easiest way to download it is from the BlackBerry itself. Sounds to me like you may have downloaded it to the desktop PC.

you are right. I downloaded to PC. How do I download to BB?

Download the desktop installation package from http://www.crossriversystems.com/pocketday

or download Over-The-Air at: http://www.crossriversystems.com/files/v2/pd.jad

Over the air downloads are down via the browser on your BlackBerry.
