How do I get it to read anything off of my SD card? I can't get any of my music. It looks a lot like mediaPlayer from Dollars5. However, they said they couldn't access the volume keys on the side but yours apparently does use them.

Hmm, use Add File(s) or Add Folder from menu.

I do, but it doesn't go to the media card. It goes to a folder "user/" and then it looks like it only goes to device memory. I can get to my ringtones that are on the device memory, but that's it.

Ok, I have the card showing (helps to not have it plugged into the USB cable) but when I get to my music folders your app shows no files in my folders. The files show in the other media player, though.

Same here... but when I go to add file then it shows all my songs... but does that mean I have to add each song first before I can play it?

Works great for a beta. Needs netter integration with phone (music goes soft, but not quiet). When you add music, the app doesn't look through folders -- in other words, I couldn't simply select the music folder, I had to select each folder that directly contained media files.
Can't wait for streaming support. Any plans for bluetooth (even if mono)?

Unless I am incorrect it worked fine with my bluetooth headset. Have you tried yours? Also are you saying that you were able to have it select all songs in 1 folder than each song individually?

xxxdev - 2 additional suggestions: (1) add ability to sort files by title, artist, album, etc.; (2) once a song is playing, there's no way to select a different song, except for pressing forward or back. So if I have 100 songs in the library and I'm listening to song 3 and want to go to song 97, I have to press forward 93 (or I can exit the application and restart it -- which is what I've been doing).

Using add file, I was able to see my songs without a problem; however, it sounds like you are having the same problem I did the first time I used add folder. When you get to the folder containing the music don't click on the folder to open it. Instead, click the menu button and choose "Select". This will select the folder and load all the songs from the play list into the folder.

Tried that. Still says no required files in the folder. They are m4a's. Is it a file type problem? They play in the OEM media player and the mediaPlayer from Dollars5.

Some suggestions,
1. Since 'n' and 'p' aren't being used, why not allow them to toggle next and previous respectively. This would allow an easier transition from the OEM player since it uses 'n' and 'p'.
2. Ability to remove single files from the play list.

Why don't you stop playing the current song and pick a different one from the list?

1) you mean play list or file selection list ?
2) you can stop playing by ESC, scroll to another (any) file and start playing ever you want
Thanks,

Hi,
for open folder I have tow ways:
- show all found folders with supported media files, sample:
store/folder1/
store/folder2/
- or display folders as tree, sample:
-> store
->-> folder1
->-> folder2
What do you prefer?
