When I sign on my AIM using blackberry's download, across the bottom it says ""Bad data found, restarting"

If I try a different name, it doesn't happen. Two of the three I've tried say that. Any ideas why? What it does? Nothing seems to be odd, except it's annoying.

There are many issues with most of the IM apps for the BB. I recommend JiveTalk. It's not free but well worth the money. Ask anyone on this forum who uses it. It works with most of the big IM providers.

Hmm... you would think an actually-from-blackberry program would be better than this :(

I think there is a trial for JiveTalk. Give it a whirl! I think you'll be pleased.
