Question LED Lights!!!

Please Login to Remove!
I am new to this so I hope I am doing this right. I HATE the flashing red LED light when i get a message and when my phone is dying it turns blue or purple when I get a message but ONLY when its dying. Does anyone know of a program i can get to change the color of the LED because I know its possible!! THANKS!!!
