Default Mortgage Calculator for your BlackBerry. - 09-03-2007, 02:22 PM

Mortgage calculator is simple and fast.
You just enter the loan amount, loan term and Interest rate.
Just press the button and it will calculate the amounts you have to pay.
Really loved from BlackBerry users it works well on most phones with Java support.

More info and free download here.

It would be nice if they had something for car loans or leases, especially when you are trying to negotiate price.

In this case I need to present myself
I'm the author of Mortgage Calculator...
I'm a CS Student and I don't understand too much about loans leases etc, but I'm a good programmer.

Teach me what I need to do a software like that, and I'll develop a software for you.

PS: You should tell me the variable that you need to enter and how I need to use it to give you the results you want.
