Link is not working for me. Will this task manager intergrate into the calendar?

The site is back up & running - time to ditch our hosting provider too.

Please note that the first version is really really simple. We are adding features.
Currently you can quickly browse through your tasks, in a really simple way..We are adding more integration features etc..

Thank you guys!

Installed it, but it doesn't show any of my tasks, or give me an option to add any new tasks.

no way to change the interface i'm guessing?
also i'd like to filter tasks a bit more... say category?
finally, i'd like to be able to see upcoming tasks in a longer duration.
thanks

New version works. A couple of suggestions.

1. Add the ability to hide completed tasks
2. Allow to filter by category instead of due date.

Here is one that would get me to buy in a minute. Below is a link to a utility that I used on my Palm for years called ReDo. What it did was allowed you to set up a list of recurring tasks and it would add them as new individual tasks at a user defined interval.

Lets say for example you did a weekly report for work and it was due on Monday. You could set up a task in ReDo called "Submit Weekly Report"
The task could be set up to be due on Monday and you could add it whatever number of days in advance you wanted. So I could add it on Saturday to the task list so I would see it was there a couple of days in advance. The program sat in the background and would wake up at midnight each day and add the tasks at that time.

The real magic of this application is that the individual tasks sync properly between the mobile device and the Palm and hopefully something similar would work for the Blackberry. This has been my major limitation with using the Blackberry for task management is that I cannot mark recurring tasks as complete on my BB without it messing up the recurrence, especially if I am a day late on the task one week or month.

Let me know if it can be done! It would be awesome.

ReDo Information Page

Thanks,

Mark

Installed - it takes a real long time to open on my AT&T Blackberry 8800. It also does not allow me to select one of the filters from the list, is this intentional of the initial release.

What is the real value of this application - I am struggling with this.

I would also like to see multi level filters. Where the user would set the order. Some of these might be:
> Due Date
> Priority
> Category
> Subject
If I had those four and could set them up properly it would allow me to view the tasks in the order I would like to do them.

Thanks,

Mark

It takes 50 seconds to open on my 8300. It locks up when I try to change option (All, Due, Today, Tomo...). Tried reboot, got the same thing.

Although I can't really get a feel for this, I would need to be able to hide completed items.

yup need to be able to:
1) mark the item complete,
2) filter by category,
3) open the actual task,
4) possibly be able to change the format of the date (mm/dd/yyyy , mm/dd, etc)
5) what makes people like programs is personalization, so possible different user color schemes
6) icon for the menu... it makes the menu so ugly. :\

Hi there,

thanks for the suggestions! How many tasks do you have currently stored on your BlackBerry?

Thank you for letting us know!

Well, I had about 3000 tasks on my BB. I went and purged my completed tasks and now it opens much quicker.

Really needs the sorting and filtering suggestions you have above.

Did you see my other post above about recurring tasks?

Thanks,

Mark

you have to add completely new tasks, editing previous tasks and changing the date does not show up on the bb. :\

good idea though.

Just downloaded.

Suggestion: Add a "details" pane at the bottom of the screen, so that simply scrolling to a task would display the t
