You need to be on a BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server.) You can pay a 3rd party BES service for this capability. There are a few out there like Exchangemymail.com

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball: BlackBerry8300/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

You need to be on a BES for wireless (OTA) PIM sync of calendar entries and contacts.

There's several hosted BES solutions available if you don't have your own.

BCSA
BES 4.1.6 :-: Exchange 2007 SP1

I'm looking for the cheapest way possible to do this. You mentioned that I can host my own? How?
