Default Webmessenger - Phone Alert Missing? - 09-13-2007, 07:29 PM

I am currently running Webmessenger 2.0 (61005) on 8700c. I recently re-installed this program due to some problems I was having (non-related to Webmessenger). I do not see an option for the phone rule "only if missed." How does the program trigger a nofication for a missed call? I cannot get this particular feature to work, others work GREAT!

An Action has to be selected in order for the phone rule to appear, that is where you may be running into problems. If I unselect say, Sound/Vibrate or LED Notification, most of the section below it (including Only If Missed) disappears.

I've made selections all the way through. I see that things appear as boxes are checked however, "only if missed" never appears. Maybe it's not an option on the ver I'm running?

"Only if missed" is NOT an option on my ver either. However it works theortically if missed if ALL PHONE CALLS is selected. Yet "only if missed" still doesn't appear. So it works for one selection and not the other? I am notified of missed phone calls (without having the option to select in the first place) if I choose ALL phone calls, but am not if I put a name criteria.
