Unhappy Magmic---anyone home? - 06-06-2005, 01:35 PM

For the past 2 days I have not been able to get on the Magmic Texas Hold-em server. I get UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER. When I went to the website on Sunday there was an error message "Too Many Connections....."

Anyone home over there that can reboot the server?

Anyone else having these problems?

The server was never offline, just slowed down. If you are still experiencing some trouble, can you send an email to [email address] explaining your setup.

Send your support request to [email address] - it may just never have gotten through.

As for "customer service" Magmic is probably the only mobile game studio that allows customers to switch their game they purchased between devices. This service is actually automated for you through Magmic's GameZone (there's no need to contact support for it). Log in to your account on the Game Zone and follow the links from there.

Thumbs up Apology to Magmic - 06-13-2005, 08:55 AM

I am openly apologizing to Magmic support for thinking that they had fallen down on the job. It turns out that the BES server I was attached to had somehow blocked my bberry from accessing certain functions.

TK2 is an AWESOME and addicting game. Keep it up.
