Default viigo problems - 10-01-2007, 01:34 PM

using a bb 8320
i installed it lastnight, and it worked
today, it says my account is invalid and my reads are gone.
tried to reinstall account, but says un or pw is invalid, but it works on the site.
what am i doing wrong?

Sounds like you're doing everything right, you should just be able to use the same username/password. Have you tried emailing support? Maybe they're having server problems...it happens.

Hey dawg.

Were you able to log into your Viigo account again?

Within Viigo, go to Options -> Account -> Reinstall Account and enter your credentials.

Let us know how things work out.
