I know I know....You're asking why the hell are we still on Groupwise 5.5 but I have to play with the hand I've been delt. Actually we are migrating to Microsoft Server 2003 but we are doing it office by Office, again I can only play the hand I am delt. This might actually be a simple issue for you guys.
When I intially setup the BB software to the workstation using the desktop redirector since we do not have a BES yet, I was able to sync everything using intellisync. But for some strange reason it stop working. I was able to get the Calender to sync again but not the address book. I would get the Microsoft Send/ Do Send error and then the BB desktop would close out. Now even when I update the calender and try to sync the BB it doesn't update either. Does anyone have any idea? on how I can solve this issue.
I tried re-installing the desktop software, installing Groupwise 5.5E client
