I purchased bbspell through digital river last week and didn't receive the licence key automatically as described. I've sent a few emails to [email address]

that have come back as undeliverable and a few more to [email address]

that have gone unanswered.

I'm getting more then a little grumpy and am thinking its time to call American Express to reverse the charges.

Any suggestions before I pull the pin?

I think they have all but gone after the release of the spell checkers on the BB. If you like the product, try buying from my tips site link. It has worked in the past. I accept no responsibility. And reverse those other charges.

To pile on, your complaint right now is with digitalriver. There are other (free) spell programs out there good for a 8703. Try BBCorrector too.

I nuked bbspell, had AMEX credit the charges back and went with lexspell.....installed OTA and it worked fine, had the unlock code info within 3 minutes....kick ass!
