Default Repligo knowledge base - 10-12-2007, 10:10 AM

Hi there

I work for an IT company who support BB's. We are currently allocating "product champions", i.e. people who know all there is to know about the product, to some of the aftermarket software we are supplying to our clients.

I have been designated the "product champion" for RepliGo.

I have been asked to do a presentation about RepliGo demonstrating my knowledge of the software.

Problem is this - the people who I'll be doing the presentation to are very knowledgeable about RepliGo.

So can anyone provide me with some info that they may possibly not know about the RepliGo application?

I've got 4 weeks in which to swat up on the application and come up with the presentation and I'd really appreciate any help anyone here can give

We are a customer of Cerience (RepliGo). We LOVE IT. It is a superb attachment viewer. We have not upgraded to the latest version yet (still running 1.8) and our customers (around 1000 so far) really like it. We have a large mobile workforce, so the fact that they can read PDFs and other attachments on the BB is a huge time saver as they don't have to take out their laptops, try to connect, download and view a daily production report.

Highly regarded vendor - at least by us.
