Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

I upgraded my ESPN mobile from 1.1 to 1.2. The download seemed sensitive to the nextwork connection.
With the upgrade, the program seems a bit faster. I don't know if it is because few of us made the upgrade so far and there is little burden on their server.

I already had the homescreen shortcut with 1.1. When you open and view homepage, there is link to click the upgrade to 1.2.

From your phone, go to ESPN:ESPN Main (yes, that it is the complete URL).

From your desktop, go to ESPN: The Worldwide Leader In Sports

Note, the forum is automatically creating the URL text over (vs. displaying the actual URL address), so just scroll over the URL text over link to see the actual URL.

I think all it is is a launcher -- I installed the 1.0, visited the link it went to and made a Bookmark. Uninstalled the launcher and mobile ESPN works just fine from the bookmark, no need to have a bunch of cruft on your phone.
