Hi, I'm asking for your help here. I've got a 7290 with OS4 and our company runs BES4 with Lotus Domino (redirector). Everything works fine for a while and all of a sudden without any clear reason mails stop arriving on the Berry. I can still send mails from the Berry, but mails don't come in anymore, next to that the address lookup feature doesn't work when it happens.
I'm not 100% sure, but last time I noticed that it started with the read/unread status stopping to reconcile, later on the mails wouldn't arrive anymore. Deleting my state database and creating a new one on the BES solves the issue temporarily.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
