I tried to do a handheld system software update on my unit due to a problem and since the upgrade, my bb is displaying a white and black screen with icons that look like they are old dos icons. When I reset the unit by pulling the battery, the unit comes up asking me to unlock my keypad by pressing * and enter. Doing this does nothing. What can I do to get this unit up and running again. Reinstalling the old software did nothing to help
