Curve 8310- AOL email problems with BIS

Hello all!

AOL is driving me NUTS! :cry: I hope somebody can shed some light here...

- I have a Blackberry Curve 8310
- I use AOL mail
- I use Blackberry Internet Service (BIS)
- I do NOT have BES

I set up an account for BIS, then I added my aol email address to BIS. I am sending and receiving emails on my Blackberry no problme.

However, there are problems when it comes to deleting and reading mail:

1) read the mail from AOL on the computer: the mail remains unread in BB
- BB can not recognize the mail is read on AOL on the computer. Is there a way to fix this?

2) read the mail from BB: the mail remains unread in the "NEW folder in AOL on the computer
- AOL on the computer can not recognize that the mail has already been read on BB. Is there a way to make AOL recognize any read mail on the BB?

3) delete the mail from BB (without opening it first): the mail remains unread in the "NEW" folder in AOL on the computer.
- I want the email deleted on AOL on the computer too...

4) read the mail from AOL on the computer: the mail remains unread in BB.
- I want the email deleted on the BB too...

The only things that work are:
- deleting a mail from AOL deletes it on BB too
- reading a mail from AOL and then deleting it, will delete the same email on the BB

I hope you guys can give me some suggestions for #1-#4...

The things you're seeking are only available with a BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), not with BIS. BIS does not have that level of integration...at least not yet.
