If you're on BES call your admin they can reset the password for you. If not, there's nothing you can do. After 10 wrong attempts it will wipe out the data and let you set a new password.

Welcome to the Forums! ... sorry you're having this issue straight off the bat.

If you are on a BES you can have your admin reset the device password. You could also just type the password in incorrectly 10 times and it'll wipe the device and you can then begin to use it again.

The device will wipe its memory and return it to a factory default state (with the exception of if there is an IT Policy it'll stay applied on the device).

It will wipe itelf and restore to factory new settings. It will be blank again.
