Help with mass emailing please

Hi guys and girls im new to the blackberry pearl and need some help. Is there any way to send out a mass email to everyone on your contact list without having to put in each email address one at a time? Thank you in advance.

Make a "Group" of everyone in your list, first.

So yes. But there is not a "email everyone in my addressbook" shortcut.
