View Full Version : Tmobile BIS Latency/Down?

Is anyone else on Tmobile experiencing this? Earlier today, I wasnt getting any gmail pushed to my Curve real time. Then, after a hard reset, I got the emails all at the same time.

Three hours later now, same thing. Hard reset, and now emails that were opened on the web are being pushed as new once the Curve is rebooted. I also noticed that I could not browse prior to reboot.

Anyone else?

Thats weird. I got 2 new emails pushed, and one that wasnt pushed to me this morning.

Its been like this for a few days now. Instant then delayed. RIM must be having problems. I see it for all of our BIS accounts.

Thats interesting to know. I thought it could have been a Carrier issue at first. Outside of this forum, I havent heard anything. You would think that with this delay, more and more users would report it as well.

1 email was delayed but only by a few hours...this was on monday. no other problems here

Check your gmail settings. Google folks recently updated gmail with IMAP and ver 2.0.

IMAP may be toggled on my default during their upgrade. Reset your gmail to POP and delete and recreate your gmail account on your BIS.

There are several gmail/IMAP threads on this for more info.

T-Mobile in NYC was working fine all day today. Dunno about other regions though.
