Just upgraded to Verizon's 4.2 for the bb 8703e. My contacts were wiped (good thing I backed up). But when i try to use the restore feature off the 4.2 Desktop Software, I get an error saying:
Could not establish communications with this device.
A required application is missing from the device.
Help anyone?
