Given that I am want to stick with AT&T (service, coverage), I know that I can get an 8820, giving me WiFi. The overall look and curved comfort of the 8820 (with WiFi and GPS) is appealing, and I have no hesitation to buy an unlocked model and pick up an AT&T sim.

Various threads tout the improved WiFi of the 8820, but it is slightly heavier and larger. Is the screen size sufficiently larger? Is the keyboard larger and easier to use? Is the smaller size of the 8320 a selling point over the 8820 and worth paying for an unlocked model? Or searching for an 8320 from TMobile and then unlocking it?

And if WiFi speed is better, does that help with Skype-compatible software on either model?

All opinions welcomed.

Both screens are the same size, the 8320 keyboard is slightly more compact, and the 8320 has a camera. WiFi speed should not vary one to the other.
