Since the weekend I have not received email sent to my work email account which I set up under BIS

I've been able to send mail from my work MS Outlook to my webmail account / blackberry email account but not the other way round (they have turned up on MS Outlook but not the BB itself)

I have removed the battery, resent the service books...

There were 2 emails in my MS outlook email this morning though from my webmail account with the titles:

($RemoveOnDelivery,SuppressSaveInSentItems>Self Ping Email - 6630266517547310485

and

($RemoveOnDelivery,SuppressSaveInSentItems>Self Ping Email - -1076911530444394068

Don't know if they have anything to do with it?

Alex.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

I am NOT clear.
You are able to get mail to the e-mail address of your actual device.

You're ahead of me. I cannot receive any email, though I can send it. I have resent service books three times, rebooted, and phoned AT&T to no avail. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I turned data services off for a while and then turned them on again (I didn't want to receive emails and hear the noise they make for a couple of days).

The way to fix this is to delete accounts (inc restart bb / remove battery so the account logo disappears on the bb main menu) and then reset them up (I did this via the t-mobile BIS website)

but I used OWA rather than mail connector and it's working fine now - if your work allows this, I'd recommend it.

Only use mail connector when you have no other access that BIS supports, and your company refuses to setup a forwarding rule. Good to hear you are now on OWA.
