If a user on our network sends an email all outlook users see the email as it was sent. If you have a Blackberry and you read the same email, there is a url at the bottom of the page.

I deleted the profile of the users but it still behaves the same.

Any ideas would be great. BTW, the user does not have a Blackberry.

Uhhh.....you're going need to provide a bit more information.

- Are you using BES? If so, what version and platform (Exchange, etc).
- What model devices are the users using?
- What does the URL go to?
- Can the BB user click on this URL and go somewhere??

Ok... BES 401
Exchange 2003
All BB's, do I have to list them. Perls, 8700, ect ect
Yes the url is live, goes to a vendor.

Not sure what all that tells you but if it helps I'm all for it.

Thanks for the read and the reply. I have been at this for awhile now and can not see where this is coming from.

Ok, let me see if I have this straight. You have a non-BB user sending emails to everyone (right?), and when a BB user opens the email on their device and scrolls to the bottom, there is a URL that takes them to some vendor.

Do I have that right?

If that is correct, what happens when the BB user opens the email in their Outlook Inbox. Do they see the same URL at the bottom of the message?
