email sync while connected to PC

I am in the office most of the day and would not like to sync email (BES) form 9 to 5.
Is there a way to sync via USB?

Email doesn't sync. Do you want to stop getting email on the BB while in your office?

On BES, everything is done wirelessly. Talk to your BES Admin and see what he/she can set up for you.

I am the BES Admin. :?
The thing is that I do not want to have the data trafic if users are coneccted to the PC.
