When the tape indicator under the battery has turned RED what does that mean ? also what is the Formal name of the "tape"

you mean the moisture sensor?


When it get's wet, that is a tech indication that shows that the phone insides have been exposed to water of some sort....


it is not replaceable, no warrenty unless you have tech insurance.....


al sensors should be white execpt for the bettery because that one has a red strip which is okay I just think the rest of the sticker turns red when that bettery is wet.
