wireless reconcile not enabled.

Great forum by the way.

We have a VIP user who's blackberry isnt playing the game. From the device, when you go to Options menu from the Message List, there's no "Enable Wireless Reconcile" option. Calendar, & tasks synchronize well.

We have rolled out 50 devices, same config, all working fine, and have just only come across this problem.

It's a RIM 7290, XP OS, Domino R5 backend/BES 2.2.3.11, with R6 clients

I'm stumped and have run out of ideas.

Any help appreciated!

Have you tried resending the service book?

service books? Not too sure what that is. This is all new to me.

Is this done on the server or through the blackberry server management program?

Are you using 4.0? SHould be a button in the BlackBerry Manager.

Thanks for taking the time. Blackberry Enterprise Server for Lotus Domino is 2.2.

Blackberry Server Manager version is 2.2.3.11.
