View Full Version : Profiles not accessible in 8707g

We have a new 8707g on BIS from SingTel and the user was playing around with it (she thinks) and must have set something incorrectly. Now when you select Profiles from the Menu, nothing happens. Cannot access the profiles to select a different one.

Is there a way to reset this, or reset the BB back to the default.

I guess you've tried a hard reset (remove battery for 30+ seconds) already?

I will double check to make sure the user has done that.
