New to the forum but I've been reading for a few months.

Saw that RIM was licensing their software to extend their platform reach. Seems like a good idea - I'd love to have Blackberry email on an iPaq like device (with a qwerty keyboard mind you).

Anyone know of any carriers that are working toward this? I know that Motorola has the Mpx design on their site but no one I've contacted at "Moto" knows anything about it.

Thanks - great forum by the way

I don't think it'll be a carrier based thing, more of a phone company thing. I know Nokia's soon to jump on board with the RIM push email technology on some of their new symbian phones. Moto's MPX220 will still be running windows mobile version, not sure of the push email. I don't think it'll have it. I'm not sure what all manufacturers will use RIMs software other then Nokia
