I am having a problem with Enterprise Activation on the BlackBerry 8310 from Vodafone.
I know that the sim I am using is provisioned for BES as the same sim works on the previous BlackBerry 8800 and also on the BlackBerry Pearl. However, when I try Wireless Activation on the BlackBerry 8310, it does not do anything. It just says Activating: emailaddress - and does nothing after that.
I have reset the BlackBerry 8310, tried to delete the service books and then do the enterprise activation also - but no luck. I thought maybe there was something that had disabled the BES provisioning on the sim. However, when I put the sim back into the old phone, I can use BES service.
Dont really know what else could be wrong.
There is one thing, when I wipe the BlackBerry and restart it with a sim, it automatically goes to the BIS activation website on the BlackBerry.
Any suggestions? Anybody else experienced this issue?
