CICAL on BIS

I am still having problems with calendar ics on the blackberry. I invited a firend's gmail address to a meeting last week. He received and accepted it. I got the Accepted email and my BB calendarr showed his acceptance.

Today I cancelled the meeting on my blackberry and sent the notice to the same gmail account. When he opened his gmail he got Cancelled: Event name (which was the name of the original invite) and it had the correct date/time of the meeting. But the Who: section of the email Unknown Organizer*

Is there any reason why google's calendar does not handle this correctly? Is anyone else using google's calendar with their blackberry?
