I can't answer the question for you but I will throw some things out....

Form Factor Curve is smaller (might be a benefit might not, if you have large hands the larger keyboard might feel better)

Style - the Curve is less "Blackberryish" (NOT that there is anything wrong with that)

I think the two main decisions are:

Would you prefer GPS or Wifi?
Would you prefer a smaller or larger device?
Is Camera a factor?

Probably not much help but it's my two cents...

I would opt for the curve because I like smaller more stylish devices and would love GPS. But thats me NOT YOU!
