Task/Email software for BB -- NOT Outlook

Hi,

I'm new to Blackberry - just got an 8300 and I'm loving it. I was previously a Palm user and used the Palm Desktop to manage my calendar, tasks, etc. I do have Outlook on my desktop - but I am not a fan of their calendar, tasks, etc.

Is there some application that I could have residing on my desktop that would allow sync with my BB for simple calendar, task management?

Outlook is the easiest and "cleanest" option for Windows users.
There's really nothing else out there that's worth using for PIM functions.

I agree with Penguin. You next option may be Yahoo.

If you look under the "configure" tab in Intellisync, it will list the compatible applications - Outlook, Outlook Express (limited however), Agenda, and GroupWise. Thats about it.

The reason for Outlook, IMHO, is this is first a business tool and most business desktops have Outlook.
