Blackberry screen shots

Hey guys,
Anyone know of a program that would let me take screen shots of blackberry menus? I need them to creat a customized user manual. There is a great program for the treo at:http://www.junefabrics.com/pdareach/index.php
Does anyone know about something similar for the blackberry?

The simulator should do you fine. Download it with the development kit from blackberry's website.
