BES server issue

Hi guys

i am newbie to Blackberry exchange server(BES). i have bes server 4.1.0 version and bes server status is showing as running.

my configuration details are on the same machine.

1.Microsoft exchange 2003
2.Microsoft SQL server 2005
3.BES 4.1.0v


connection to srp.in.blackberry.net is successful.
connection to DB also successful.
SRP key and ID are valid.

i am still not able to access user by using blackberry. Can Anybody help me in this regards.

Can you please clarify what you mean by this?
It is difficult to understand the problem you are having.

Hi,

When given all the status info on the Blackberry Manager, I am assuming you have added and activated the users too.

If not, kindly add the users you want to activate on the Manager and activate them.
