Java Application getting deleted on change of SIM card

When an alternative SIM - other that AT&T is inserted on the phone, the
application is deleted. This happened when replacing the SIM for a T-Mobile
SIM and with a Claro Chile SIM. All other applications on the phone and the
directory remained OK.
I have never seen such behaviour earlier on application being used with different SIMS in Asia.

Can anyone throw some light on it ??

Its a 3rd party java application. I have written it. Its not any inbuilt application,
