View Full Version : Upgrade not working for BES MR3

Guy's,

I'm trying to update our 4.1 BES to Maintanence release 3 and get the following error when I try and run the setup.exe prog.

"Failed to check the GUID. Unable to retirve path of the cached installer. Exit Code 26"

I have other BES servers that the install is succesful on. No errors in event viewer, and no log file.

I know this is old, but I just ran into the same error trying to install the manager on my PC and found a RIM article here:
