How do I: Web based calendar on BB?

I am very new to BlackBerry and was wondering what the best way to sync or display a web based calendar on my BlackBerry Pearl 8120 would be.

I have an account on 30boxes.com and would like to display that information in my calendar on the BlackBerry ideally.

Or is there a free (or cheap) 3rd party application I should be using instead? Can anyone help me out?

If you have a yahoo account, you can synk up with that.

If you don't have a yahoo account, it takes less than 10 mins to sign up and it's free. Yahoo has a decent calender.
