The voice mail option "linked" to my 8830 works fine. I have another mail box that requires that I dial a 7 digit number, wait a couple of seconds, hit the # key, enter a 7 digit voice mailbox number, wait a couple of seconds, then enter a password...you get the picture! How do I assign this sequence of entries to one or two keys?

Go to Call Log > Options > Voice Mail. Edit the number.

Go to Call Log > Options > Voice Mail. Edit the number.

I think that would replace the current vmail number sequence which he doesn't want to change as it works fine. It's his other mailbox that is giving his this long procedure. Is there a way to perhaps record a number sequence like this and program it to a button like a macro?

I know with verizon you can put in the pin number with a wait before it then hit the button.

Oh and you can do it right in Outlook if you put in "000-000-000 Ext. 000 it will dial the number.

Gotcha. Read the orginal post wrong.

Create a new address book entry with the customized phone number. Assign the entry to speed dail an your all set.

Example: 555-555-5555p1234567w1234
p = pause
w = wait
