Email Reply Help!!!

Hi..Im a new BB 7100T user. For some reason I can no longer reply to email I have received. I don't see the "send" option on reply email. I may have changed something because I use to have it.

It means you've lost your service book. Are you on BIS? Log into the web client and under options click resend service book. If it's not there, you need to call TMobile for them to do it.
