Holstering Issues

Hey gang! newbie here - excellent site. I received my (new) refurbished 8700c last week; looks like new and works great.

My question: Whenever I place it in the holster, it keeps coming up "Assign a speed dial to the 'P' key." :?

Is this a problem with the key hitting the plastic guide on the holster or something else. I've tried a few things but can't get it to go away.

Put the phone in with the screen facing INTO the holster, not out.

I feel like such an idiot! I just did a search (should have done that first) and was reading the same thing as you were replying to my post.
